Students can understand and evaluate how the arts convey meaning through the utilization of Visual Thinking Strategies and in-class, cross-disciplinary, and cross-cultural critiques. Using written, verbal, and visual responses, students can also enhance their skills as meaning-makers through curation.

Students can participate in collaborative meaning-making through in-class interpretations of works of art using Visual Thinking Strategies as a participant and as a facilitator.
